DUBAI, United Arab Emirates — AUGUST 25, 2026 — Vantheon Technologies has been named as an Accredited Service Provider under the UAE Ministry of Finance's e-invoicing framework. The accreditation is granted under Ministerial Decision No. 64 of 2025. This means Vantheon is now authorized to validate, exchange, and report electronic invoices on behalf of UAE businesses through the Peppol network. We use the country's PINT-AE data standard and five-corner e-invoicing model. This matters because businesses cannot connect to the Federal Tax Authority directly. Every invoice must move through an accredited provider like Vantheon to remain compliant.

The mandate itself is rolling out in phases. Businesses earning AED 50 million or more a year need to appoint an ASP by 30th October 2026 and start issuing e-invoices from 1st January 2027. Smaller businesses and government entities have a bit more runway, through 2027. Miss the deadline, though, and it's AED 5,000 for every month of delay — not a fine anyone wants to explain to their board.
